How quickly can I get the machine delivered? +
For most areas in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, and Puri — we deliver within 2–4 hours of confirming your booking. Same-day delivery is available for bookings placed before 6 PM.
Is the machine sanitized between rentals? +
Absolutely. Every device undergoes a full disinfection cycle including UV-C sterilization, deep cleaning of the humidifier chamber, and replacement of all patient-contact components like the mask and tubing.
Can I extend my rental period? +
Yes, easily. Just WhatsApp or call us before your rental ends and we'll extend it at the same rate. You can also switch to a longer plan and get a prorated discount.
What if the machine stops working during my rental? +
We'll replace it within 4 hours, any time of day or night. Your therapy continuity is our priority and all rentals include full equipment replacement coverage at no charge.
What's the difference between CPAP and Auto-CPAP? +
